As a facilitator for creating APS reports on your behalf, we will accept your request, create a report, and forward it to your FAX, email or postal address as requested. We strongly urge you to use a secure method of reception. FAX and Postal are inherently reasonably confidential. There are many free or inexpensive secure email services which you may avail yourself of.
You are advised to use a code instead of a name when requesting an APS report. This way, only you will know who the report is for, and you will minimize any misappropriation of the information contained in an APS report.
3rd Party Advertising
